MuNaLoop / Mund-Nasen-Loop nähen
Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten, den MuNaLoop zu nähen: Variante 1 hat innen im Bereich von Mund und Nase einen Einsatz aus Baumwollwebware.
Wer einen reinen Jersey-Loop nähen möchte, wählt Variante 2. Du benötigst nur Jersey deiner Wahl und (wenn gewünscht) etwas Baumwollwebware. Durch die ergonomische Form des Mund-Nasen-Loop brauchst du keinen Draht und kein Gummiband!

* Bitte beachtet: Der Mund-Nasen-Loop ist kein zertifiziertes Medizinprodukt und dient nicht als persönliche Schutzausrüstung (PSA). Er sollte beim Einsatz als Community-Maske z.B. bei Mundschutzpflicht nach jedem Einsatz bei 60 Grad gewaschen oder wie von Virologen empfohlen gereinigt werden. Auch wenn unsere Jerseys offiziell die Waschempfehlung der 30 Grad-Wäsche haben, haben Waschtests gezeigt, dass man sie durchaus auch bei 60 Grad waschen kann. In diesem Fall kann es bei mit der Zeit zum Verblassen der Farben oder zum Abnehmen der Elastizität kommen. Vor allem beachtet bitte weiterhin die Social Distancing Beschränkungen, haltet Abstand und wascht Eure Hände wie empfohlen!

“MuNaLoop” is comfortable and, when not in use, looks like a pretty accessory. It is always there when you need to quickly cover your mouth and nose. The MuNaLoop is also super handy for protecting bicyclists and motorcyclists from windburn. And, with just a bit of Swafing knit jersey, you’ll have your MuNaLoop stitched up lickety split! Many of you have shown an interest in sewing your face masks from knit jersey and others of you don’t particularly care to wear the traditional surgical mask-looking style. This knit jersey loop with an integrated cotton woven panel is a fashion-forward alternative to the traditional DIY face mask. Stay safe and keep your community safe by always wearing a face mask in public spaces. MuNaLoop comes to you in two styles: The first variation is made from knit jersey and includes an integrated cotton woven fabric panel. The second variation can be made entirely from knit jersey. The ergonomic design allows this respiratory protection to stay safely in place without the need for elastic or drawstring!

* Please note: The MuNaLoop is not a certified piece of medical personal protective equipment (PPE) and is not compliant against any safety standards. After each use, the face mask should be machine washed at 60º C or in the manner recommended by virologists or occupational health professionals. Although the care instructions for our knit jerseys recommend machine washing at 30º C, our wash tests have shown that our most common knit jersey varieties can also be washed at 60º C. With repeated washing at this higher temperature, however, fabric fading and loss of elasticity and recovery is likely to occur more rapidly. When using this or any other face covering, remember to also maintain enough distance between yourself and others in public spaces and keep your hands washed and disinfected.
